Intro

My name is Brooke Bearden and my platform is  Bullying. I hope to have the opportunity to participate in the Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen Pageant this year and with that opportunity I want to help educate young people on what bullying really is and help them become aware of it in their daily lives. For me, when I was bullied, I didn't actually realize  how bad I was being mistreated, and that it was actual bullying until it had already gotten to the point of leaving my lifelong friends. Growing up in a small town where everybody knows everybody, you would think that something like that would never happen to you, but it did to me. I am so blessed to be able to be here and tell my story and hopefully impact other people and help them in situations they might be in now or in the future.
